The Development Bank of Wales (DBW) are dealing with unprecedented levels of enquiries and applications following the measures introduced to support businesses in Wales affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. The DBW response has been exceptional, the bank has completely transformed the approach to managing applications to meet the high levels of demand, alongside business as usual activities
