I have not directly received any representations from third sector groups complaining about the e-tendering website used for the Landfill Disposals Tax Community Scheme.
However, I am aware that WCVA have received some feedback from a small number of organisations on the current application system and how it can be improved. In response to this, WCVA are developing a new application platform for this and the wider grant schemes it operates. The new platform will become operational for this Scheme next year.
