In terms of social landlords, the Welsh Government ended both the Right to Buy and the Right to Acquire on 26 January 2019. We have no plans to reintroduce either scheme.
The Welsh Government has not assessed the impact of any policy which would force private landlords to sell their homes to tenants as this is not Welsh Government policy.
