Pa gynigion sydd ar gyfer defnyddio safle canolfan alwadau Virgin Media yn Abertawe yn y dyfodol?
All Virgin Media employees were able to take advantage of the support made available through the Welsh Government taskforce set up to support the employees. Over 90% of staff who left the business in previous tranches have found new employment. At this juncture, it is not possible to ascertain the success of the last tranche that left the business on the 30 June 2019, but we are continuing to monitor the situation.
Those who have yet to find employment are still eligible for support through JobCentre Plus, Careers Wales and the ReACT programme.
Our understanding is that the site will be marketed once the building is decommissioned by the company and we are awaiting confirmation from Virgin Media in this respect.
