In respect of the administrative estate, which comprises our largest outgoing, we have made significant strides over a number of years to reduce its size and associated cost with the aim of achieving a sustainable office estate across Wales. This remains work in progress but we report on the performance of the estate on an annual basis in the published State of the Estate report. The 2017-18 report will be published shortly, but I have attached below a link to last year’s report.
