Yn dilyn penderfyniad y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ar 14 Chwefror 2018 i sefydlu tasglu i edrych ar y mater o ffyrdd heb eu mabwysiadu yng Nghymru, a wnaiff Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet ddarparu manylion aelodaeth, cadeirydd, ysgrifenyddiaeth/cyswllt arweiniol, cylch gorchwyl, amserlenni adrodd, dyddiad y cyfarfod cyntaf a chynlluniau ar gyfer ymgynghori cyhoeddus?
Discussions between officials and officers from the Welsh Local Government Association and Home Builders Federation are ongoing. Draft Terms of Reference is being developed as well as the governance arrangement for the review. These will be finalised at the Taskforce’s inaugural meeting. I am expecting advice on the resource requirements to support the review which is anticipated to commence in late May and completed in early 2019.
