It is a matter for the Prime Minister to explain her statement on 17 January. I welcome her intention in that statement to bring forward amendments to clause 11 of the EU Withdrawal Bill that meet the needs of the UK and of the devolved administrations. The UK Government must now bring forward amendments that achieve the aims of that Bill while respecting the devolution settlements.
