The total number of properties (land or land and buildings) held freehold by Welsh Government is 349. We do not record numbers of parcels forming part of the highway network and as such are not included.

The location of properties owned by the Welsh Government is detailed in the table below. I am unable to advise on when each property was acquired given that a significant number of the assets would have been inherited from previous public bodies or government departments sometime ago and the information is not held centrally.
