A wnaiff y Gweinidog esbonio sut y bydd yn mesur llwyddiant yr addewid i greu 100,000 o brentisiaethau newydd, o gofio iddi gyfaddef ar 14 Mehefin 2016 bod Llywodraeth Cymru yn "ymrwymo i nifer targed isaf o brentisiaethau dros y pum mlynedd nesaf, ond nid [ydym] yn mynd i gael [ein tynnu] i wneud ymrwymiadau i rifau na ellir eu cyflawni . . . "?
The 100,000 target for apprentices at all ages has been built into our current budget allocations to apprenticeship providers in line with current ministerial priorities.
