Phase one of the Eastern Bay Link was completed on 15 June. I have recently approved funding for the appointment of technical advisors to undertake a study as part of the next phase, which will identify transport solutions between Ocean Way roundabout and the A48 Eastern Avenue. We are also liaising with The City and Council of Cardiff and other key stakeholders.
