I am not able to offer a specific view on the proposal in question, not least because the process of obtaining all the necessary permissions and authorisations is still on-going. Natural Resources Wales agreed to extend the deadline for consultation on further information in relation to the environmental permit application until 10 September so local people could have more time to express their views.
