The 'Reforming Local Government: Resilient and Renewed' White Paper set out our proposals for enhanced regional working by local authorities in the planning and delivery of services. The White Paper includes a number of proposals for the future of statutory duties on Councils in Wales. Consultation on the White Paper closed on 11 April. 167 responses were received and are being analysed. I will publish a consultation summary report and set out the way forward in due course.
