I have considered the impact of commencement of powers under the Wales Act 2017 in relation to the Trade Union (Wales) Bill and concluded that they would not affect this Bill as it has been introduced under the existing settlement. Under the current timetable this Bill will have received Royal Assent before the Wales Act 2017 comes into force.
