The Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning is working closely with local authorities and the WLGA to understand the financial pressures facing the sector. We are meeting the Finance Sub Group of the Partnership Council on 8 October to discuss their financial forecasts for 2027-28 and beyond, which will help inform the Welsh Government's budget planning.
