The Welsh Government ensures value for money through the use of compliant and competitively tendered procurement arrangements for procurement processes related to the public sector. Framework agreements are established through open competition and use aggregated purchasing power and specialist procurement expertise to achieve economies of scale, robust market engagement, and competitive pricing.
We publish contract award information in line with statutory requirements, providing visibility of procurement decisions and supporting public accountability.
