Our Productivity Mission is about unlocking the talents of the whole workforce and ensuring economic opportunity is everywhere and open to everyone. We aim to work with employers, education and training providers, and others to ensure women can enter and progress in major growth sectors and benefit from the better paid jobs these sectors offer.
