A wnaiff y Gweinidog Cabinet esbonio pam mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn credu y dylai twristiaid, ymwelwyr a gweithwyr y DU sy'n aros dros nos yng Nghymru dalu ardoll ymwelwyr ychwanegol tuag at wasanaethau lleol pan fyddant eisoes yn cyfrannu at ariannu gwasanaethau cyhoeddus drwy drethiant presennol y DU a Chymru?

The visitor levy empowers local authorities to raise additional funding from overnight stays in their area if they decide it is appropriate to do so. Where used, the revenues must be invested back into the area, supporting and improving the local tourism offer.
