The refresh of Celebrate and Participate fulfils a commitment in the Anti-racist Wales Action Plan and responds to evidence that, while the guidance is valued, implementation is inconsistent and approaches can be strengthened. The updated guidance will reflect effective current practice in supporting Gypsy, Roma and Traveller learners in education.
