Sut mae cyllideb y Gweinidog Cabinet ar gyfer 2026–27 yn mynd i'r afael â'r costau cyflawni sy'n gysylltiedig â'r mwy na 60 o ganlyniadau tymor byr yn y Cynllun Hawliau Pobl Anabl sydd eto i'w gweithredu, a pha linellau cyllideb fydd yn cefnogi eu gweithredu?
Delivering the disabled people's rights plan is a cross-Government commitment. In 2026-27, delivery against those actions is funded from responsible portfolios' budget lines, not a single equality budget line.
Pa gamau mae'r Gweinidog Cabinet yn eu cymryd i leihau costau byw?
Supporting people with the cost of living is a priority for this Government. Our immediate focus is on helping to reduce costs for families and maximise incomes, all with a longer term preventative focus. This includes on the cost of childcare, on free school meals, on the cost of energy and on housing.
A wnaiff y Gweinidog Cabinet roi diweddariad ar weithrediad Llywodraeth Cymru o'r taliad Cynnal?
Significant progress has been made on the development of the Cynnal pilot through the expert group and with local authorities. We continue to press the UK Government on a tax and benefits disregard to ensure those receiving the payment are not penalised by having their entitlement to other benefits reduced.
Sut mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn cefnogi Cyfamod y Lluoedd Arfog?
We have included our support for the armed forces covenant as a commitment in our programme for government. The action we are currently taking includes providing funding for armed forces liaison officers and Veterans NHS Wales. We are also preparing for an anticipated broadening of the covenant next year.

Reducing the bureaucratic burden on family farms is a priority for this Government, and I have commissioned John Davies to lead a review. John has already made recommendations, for instance on the animal health improvement cycle as part of the sustainable farming scheme, which I have acted upon.
Sut y bydd y Gweinidog Cabinet yn sicrhau bod cynhyrchwyr llaeth yng Ngheredigion a Sir Benfro yn parhau i fod yn gystadleuol yn rhyngwladol tra'n bodloni gofynion amgylcheddol cynyddol lym?
I am committed to a competitive and resilient dairy sector in Wales. Through the sustainable farming scheme and Farming Connect, we will support producers with soil health planning, benchmarking and specialist advice, helping improve productivity, meet environmental requirements and strengthen their competitiveness while safeguarding our natural resources.
Pa gamau mae'r Gweinidog Cabinet yn eu cymryd i sicrhau bod strategaethau gwytnwch o ran llifogydd yn targedu'r bobl sydd fwyaf mewn perygl o lifogydd?
We are supporting £85 million of flood risk management activity across Wales in 2026-27, including flood schemes, maintenance, natural flood management, property resilience and community awareness. We will also deliver an independent Welsh flood forum to assist risk management authorities, emergency responders and communities across Wales to strengthen resilience, improve preparedness and support co-ordinated local action.
A wnaiff y Gweinidog Cabinet roi diweddariad ar ddiogelwch tomenni glo ym Mhontypridd Cynon Merthyr?
As we reflect on the recent anniversary of the Aberfan disaster, coal tip safety remains a key priority for this Government.
There are 275 individual disused coal tips across Pontypridd, Cynon and Merthyr that have been inspected through Welsh Government's national inspection programme, informing works to keep them secure and communities safe.
