The Welsh Government, NHS Wales, and third sector partners are working together to achieve the World Health Organisation’s targets for elimination of HIV and hepatitis B and C by 2030. Wales is now a Fast Track Nation and key delivery partners in health board areas have committed to work collaboratively to deliver these targets and to tackle the stigma related to these blood-borne viruses.

We offer a comprehensive package of support to help small businesses across Wales thrive. Through Business Wales, our bilingual one‑stop service, entrepreneurs and employers can access expert advice whenever needed. Our teams also provide specialist relationship management, innovation support and export guidance to drive growth and competitiveness.

Since 2021, we have invested almost £15m via the Social Housing Grant alone in Blaenau Gwent, with a further £7.1m allocated this financial year.

So far this Senedd term, 116 additional affordable homes have been delivered in Blaenau Gwent. All grant funded affordable homes must meet the relevant quality standards.

In addition, the Help to Buy–Wales scheme has already supported 66 households to purchase a new home this Senedd term. It has required homes to reach EPC B as a minimum, since April 2023.

Our aim is to prevent litter from occurring in the first place and to ensure everyone takes responsibility for disposing of their waste properly. We are providing direct support to communities and Local Authorities in tackling litter by funding our key partner Keep Wales Tidy. We are updating our legislation to give people more choice and  making it easier to choose products that can be recycled or reused.
