Good morning and welcome, everyone, to the Climate Change, Environment, Sustainability and Rural Affairs Committee. I'd like to note that the public items of this meeting are being broadcast live on Senedd.tv, for all the thousands of people who are watching us from around the world, and the Record of Proceedings will be published as usual. I note that the meeting is bilingual, so Members can communicate via Cymraeg and Saesneg if they want to. I note that I've had apologies from Paul Rock and also from Gareth Beer. I'd like to ask Members now if there are any declarations of interest. I don't see any declarations of interest—
Chair, a declaration. I'm a farmer and a director in a farming business.
I should declare an interest as well. It's on my relevant interests, on my register.
Maybe I should declare an interest. I'm the owner of some agricultural land that's rented out.
That's fine. I think they've been noted.
I'm down as well, then. I have a smallholding, but there's nothing on it.
