Bore da. Good morning. I'd like to welcome Members and the public to the first meeting of the seventh Senedd's Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee. Please note that the public items of the meeting are being broadcast live on Senedd.tv, and a Record of Proceedings will be published. I'd also like you to note that, as the meeting is bilingual, simultaneous interpretation from Welsh to English is available.
Before we go any further, I'd just like to ask: are there any declarations of interest from any committee members? None. Okay. Do we need to note apologies at this point in time?

We'll just carry on.
So, if we move to item 2: Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee—remit of the committee. The purpose of the item is to note the committee's remit. I'm assuming that everybody has received papers in relation to that. And the remit is outlined paragraph 5 of paper 1. I'll just quickly go through it. It's to examine legislation and hold the Welsh Government to account by scrutinising its expenditure, administration and policy matters, encompassing, but not restricted to, local government, communities, housing, planning and regeneration. Does anybody have any comments with regard to that remit or the statement? Okay. All right.
