Mae hwn yn gyfarfod sy'n cael ei gynnal, wrth gwrs, fel arfer ar fformat hybrid, ac ar wahân i addasiadau'n ymwneud â chynnal y trafodion mewn fformat hybrid, mae'r holl ofynion eraill o ran y Rheolau Sefydlog yn aros yn eu lle. Mae eitemau cyhoeddus y cyfarfod yma yn cael eu darlledu'n fyw ar Senedd.tv ac mi fydd yna Gofnod o'r Trafodion yn cael ei gyhoeddi fel arfer. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to this meeting of the Climate Change, Environment and Infrastructure Committee. This meeting is being held as usual, of course, in a hybrid format, and aside from the adaptations relating to conducting proceeding in hybrid, all other Standing Order requirements remain in place. The public items of this meeting are being broadcast live on Senedd.tv, and a Record of Proceedings will be published as usual. This meeting is bilingual, and, therefore, there is simultaneous translation available from Welsh to English.
In the event of a fire alarm, then everyone should leave the room through the marked fire exits and follow the instructions from the ushers and staff. We are not expecting a fire alarm today, but, obviously, if there is one, we will have to respond to that. Could I also ask you all to ensure that all mobile devices are switched to silent mode, and could I ask, before we begin, if anyone has any declarations of interest? No. There we are.

Okay, we'll go on to the next item, therefore. There are a number of papers to note. Are Members content to note those papers all together?
Joyce, did you want to come in?
I think there's only one letter that is going to interest everybody, and that's the one from Dŵr Cymru. My understanding is that the new chief executive is going to come in, hopefully, and answer some questions from us.
Not the new chief executive, but the existing team.
And also, I think everybody's concerned about the significant payment to the outgoing chief executive in relation to the systems that have failed in places, failed constituents, but, at the same time, talking about large-scale redundancies. It isn't sitting well with us, and it isn't sitting well with the public. So, I think one of the key questions that need asking when they're doing their reconfiguration of employees is what are they doing at the top end of that. Are they restructuring the top end so that people don't see this massive gap between those workers who are on the ground and those people who are leading the organisation, and it has to be said, and I'm quoting people who've said this to me, to their own benefit?
Just to confirm, we will be having representation from Dŵr Cymru before us on 5 November to talk primarily about the transformation programme that they announced recently. Also, there are issues around water outage in north-east Wales recently, which has affected a large number of customers and constituents. But that's an additional session, because we also have regular general scrutiny sessions as well, but that one I don't think is scheduled until early next year. So, we felt it was timely that we asked them to come in specifically on a few of those issues, and I'm glad to say that they've agreed, so that'll be on 5 November. Thank you, Joyce. There'll be plenty of opportunity to interrogate some of those issues further when they're with us. Anything else?
