1. Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest

Good afternoon. Can I welcome Members and the public to this afternoon's meeting of the External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee? Can I remind Members that the meeting is bilingual, and therefore, if you require simultaneous translation from Welsh to English, the headphones are available on channel 1? If you require amplification, the headphones are available on channel 0. Please turn off your mobile phones or other electronic equipment that may interfere with the broadcasting equipment. There is no scheduled fire alarm this afternoon, so if one does take place, please follow the directions of the ushers to a safe location.

We've received apologies from Alun Davies and Huw Irranca-Davies, and there are no substitutions this afternoon.

2. Papur i’w nodi
2. Paper to note

We move on to the next item on the agenda, which is papers to note. We have one paper to note, which is a report on the performance of the Welsh Government overseas network—quarter 3, 2019-20. Are Members content to note that report? I see that they are. Thank you.
