Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the Children, Young People and Education Committee. We've received apologies for absence from Michelle Brown and there is no substitute.

2. Papers to Note

Item 2 this morning is papers to note. Paper to note 1 is a letter from the Minister for Education, following the scrutiny session on Estyn's annual report. Paper to note 2 is a letter from me to the Minister for Health and Social Services, following up the scrutiny session on 10 January. Paper to note 3, a letter from me as Chair to the Welsh Local Government Association and the Association of Directors of Education in Wales, following the scrutiny session with the Minister on 10 January. Paper to note 4, a letter from the Children's Commissioner for Wales on elective home education. Paper to note 5, a letter from the Children's Commissioner for Wales on tier 4 child and adolescent mental health services in-patient services in Wales. Paper to note 6 is a letter from the north Wales perinatal mental health team, following our scrutiny session with the Minister for Health and Social Services on 10 January. Paper to note 7 is a letter from the committee to the Minister for Health and Social Services on in-patient CAMHS provision, and paper to note 8 is a letter from me to the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, also on CAMHS in-patient provision.

3. Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to Resolve to Exclude the Public from the Remainder of the Meeting and from the Whole of the Meeting on 13 February

Cynnig:

bod y pwyllgor yn penderfynu gwahardd y cyhoedd o weddill y cyfarfod a'r cyfarfod cyfan ar 13 Chwefror yn unol â Rheol Sefydlog 17.42(ix).

Motion:

that the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting and the whole of the meeting on 13 February in accordance with Standing Order 17.42(ix).
