Dechreuodd y cyfarfod am 13:30.

The meeting began at 13:30.
Prynhawn da. Welcome to the Equality and Social Justice Committee, which is meeting remotely today. I have had no apologies; all Members are present. In terms of declarations of interest, I just wanted to reiterate that I'm a trustee of Good Food Llanedeyrn, which is supporting a community garden up in my constituency, in relation to the discussions we're going to have later on in private session about our draft report on access to healthy, nutritious and affordable food. Are there any other declarations of interest? Sioned.
I'm a trustee of a foodbank here in Pontardawe, PANTRY foodbank.
Thank you. Jane Dodds.
I set up a community meal in my local area, via my local church.
Thank you. Anybody else? Fine. Okay.
We have seven papers to note, including extensive correspondence with the South Wales Fire and Rescue Service updating us on the progress they're making on the issues that we investigated three years ago, which, to me, looks very promising. When I read reports that say, 'We've been discussing menopause, we've been hosting projects with female fire officers from across the UK and possibly even beyond, and also many other matters that appear around mental health and celebrating the work of individual leaders, and we're using the word 'our' rather than "I"', that seems to me all very positive. Does anybody else wish to raise matters in relation to any other correspondence? Jane Dodds.
Thank you, Chair. I'd like to raise concerns around the letter with regard to the expansion of Parc prison. I remain—and there may be other views as well—concerned again that this is a decision that could be taken by the UK Government without listening to or being aware of the issues that could be raised by the new Welsh Government in the future. Diolch.
Thank you.
Cynnig:
bod y pwyllgor yn penderfynu gwahardd y cyhoedd o weddill y cyfarfod yn unol â Rheol Sefydlog 17.42(vi).
Motion:
that the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting in accordance with Standing Order 17.42(vi).
Cynigiwyd y cynnig.

If there are no other comments, can I ask that we now move into private session under Standing Order 17.42? I see no dissent. Therefore, we'll now move back into private session.
Derbyniwyd y cynnig.
Daeth rhan gyhoeddus y cyfarfod i ben am 13:33.
Motion agreed.
The public part of the meeting ended at 13:33.
